need a photo the back of the wheel before I could even geuss,. ring up any tyre/rim place (tempe tyres maybe) and they should be able to tell you the offset.

More IMportantly though, you have BBS's why would you want commy rims for?? I'm not sure they'd work (lookswise)

They would definitely look cool. Some of the older Holden/Ford wheels actually look OK, with low profile tyres and a good polish.

it can be done but depends whether theres room on the rim to do it.

if its a 4 stud, then theres room to redrill an extra 4 studed pattern. shouldnt cost that much either, $20 a rim or so.

i owned a multistuded wheel before, tyre place drilled it wrong then redrilled to suit.

example:

looks like the 5 studed pattern cant be done, no room.

the BBS's are cool... but no one will have the calais wheels on a mk1 hehe
plus it will just be for laughs and trial and error

I know selling blank wheels is illegal... But if u talk to your tyre center nicley they may be able to get some blank un-drilled wheels!

you wont find a blank Calais wheel. too old and it will be discontinued even if it was being made.

Get the wheels made to suit the stud pattern you have Or change the pattern on the car to suit or just find another rim with a 4 studed pattern and then have it redrilled to suit your own car. mitsubishi or ford should have 4 studers, cortinas, etc

When i talk blanks its rims that have not been drilled at all... If u talk to some good wheels shops they can get blanks but u have to be good mates...

A friend of ours got a heap of Merc blanks cheap as chips...

Wabit go around and pull soem string, u might be in luck :D

Have you had any thought on other wheels that are similar to the Calais wheels?
What about a set of R31 Ti wheels? You can get them dirt cheap, polish up really nicely and would look really good on the MK1 i reckon ;)
Plus they are 4x114.3, and if they are flat faced on the back (which I can find out for you quite easily), they could be redrilled!

Mate just got his all polished up the other day

they look the biz.

I've actually seen these on skylines befores and though that they could look alright, and they sure do all polished up!

do you know what the size is?

If possible do find out the flatness of the back of it, (you know hat I mean)

and also do you think you can find out the x factor of the wheels? thats the distance between the back of the spokes and the mounting face (the flat part where the nuts go)

To fit a mk 1 the "x factor" needs to be about 30mm or more, I believe

Damn Lorenz, those look sharp. Plenty of old school flavour in that. Are those spokes slanted in the same direction for all four wheels?

Im pretty sure they are 15x6.5, offset will be around +35~ offset off the top of my head. Will get someone to measure the "x factor". I dont have a set lyring around, but know plenty of people who do, so ill get the info for you soon ok along with the flatness of the back of the wheel hub ;)
