What oil should i use!!

Hey everyone
Need some help want/need to do a service and i dont know what is the best oil to use now i dont want anything super expencive but i want good!!!
it for my 2000 model Audi A4 1.8TQ.

For a turbo car with mileage above 100k km I would recommend a viscosity around 15w40 or so . 10W30 would be a little too thin . Since your car is a early b5 it would be worth while to check the oil feed pipe to the turbo as well as they tend to get blocked with higher kms . As for the oil type I like to use Fuchs :)

try 10w-30 and see if it burns the oil

Majority of vehicles coming through me are running Magnatec, have a look at the what oil in polo section i have posted a reply stating facts about viscosity and especially with turbo engines.

I run Mobil 1 5~50 on my tuned 1.8t - I'd recommend going the same or 0~40.

Just make sure you get a good quality synthetic!

I get my Mobil 1 for ~$60, or cheaper if supercheapauto have a 20% off sale. :)
