Tiguan Allspace Damaged Grille

Hi all,

I've damaged the chrome trim on the grille on my Tiguan Allspace and am about to order a new part for about $500.

Question 1: I've been told you can't replace the chrome trim but I have found this online. Amazon.de (https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Tiguan-Allspace-2017-2020-Accessories-Stainless/dp/B08ZYS5B8M)

Any guidance as to whether I can swap these trims out?

Question 2: if I swap the grille out myself do you think I will have some dramas with the calibration of the ACC?

For 20 GBP its worth a try compared to $500.

As for the ACC - if you don't disconnect it then it will not lose its calibration (simply unbolt it and move it out of the way but leave it connected)
