you wont get much for 1000 in that size unfortunately... you'lll be needing to spend 1500 or more for some good tyres

hehe, the problem with asking people their views on tyres is that their opinions are usually limited to their personal expereince on one, maybe two brands, and oare often subjective at best.

As you can see here, youve got half a dozen opinions, all suggesting something different. I bet yr not really any more informed that when you first asked the question.

different brand tyres also perform different according to sizes, so a 235/19 will perform quite differently to a 225/18 with the same tread pattern.

might be wise buying a magazine who can test 10 different tyres, all of the same size and same conditions and give a more objective opinion - I know Motor Magazine test tyres once a year, check that mag out maybe

the a8 wheels there are two different types the chinese replicas and the italian replicas they are both ok but the italian reps and better quality i only just found out about this.

tyre wise i would go with whatever is cheapest with a decent name as 19s are very pricey $200 each is great for the kumhos :D

I have seen these babies in real life and they are the real deal. Not the dodgy fakes you see getting round the place with their weird looking center caps.
