I have a feeling my catalyst are failing or blocked on my R36, as previous issues with misfire, performance and exhaust note change.

At what temperatures are normal for cats on both banks? Done a idle test via VCDS , outside temp were 2 degrees. Output test temp were around 765 degrees. ? Is this acceptable ?

Will try doing pressure test to see later on

Here are the temps on my BWS engine after a drive.

I think your temps look a bit high, could it be a fueling issue? A coil pack not firing can lead to excess fuel and can burn out a cat.

what was your outside temps when you did this?

I did a pressure test on the cat, no excess pressure.

It has new coil packs and plugs. i have a misfire on cold abit , under 2k sometimes , pinpointed inlet being dirty, as when i clean it misfire practically goes. so waiting for new catch can to arrive and off for wallnut blasting.

People have said my stock exhaust is abit louder but not much.

Can a stock map have crackle run on it in any form? i ask this when i got the car it crackle mid revs when i back of throttle but when dsg was serviced , think vw flashed my ecu, but flash counter is 0

I think I gave you the wrong data points, I will check it again today.
As for over run, unless the R36 has a different muffler setup to the B7, I had none with the stock setup and a little now that both rear mufflers are removed.

Outside temps where 20C

Thank You

My test was done stationary via basic settings via each bank, revs held for few mins.

As i recall per side, is 1 cat , silencer , suitcase , then rear muffler. all stock on mines
