Does anyone know the part number of the underbody shield /splash guard / belly pan for a 2009 Passat CC 2.0TDI? Just took it off as it was scraping on the ground!
I believe it should have 7 x Torx25 screws holding the sides (3 on each side and 1 at the middle front with clips) and 3 Torx45 screws at the back (these ones screws directly into the metal underbody - no clips).
Does anyone know where you can get the Torx screws - I don't have any of the Torx45 that hold the back section and screw directly into the metal underbody.

Why not take one of the ones you still have to a place that sells bolt and see if they have correct threads.
The ones that screw into the rear cross member will be bolts At least on my B7 they were and also on my Tiguan
VW parts dept should have them or at least the part numbers
Have a look here for info Its near the end Page 275 on the page number NOT the counter at the bottom of screen

Okay, thanks Hillbilly.
I don't have any of the three rear ones (T40) to take with me - these must be bolts as they screw directly into the metal underbody; not too fussed re the sides and front (T25 screws with clips).
Will have a look at your link - thanks!

Found the part number of the underbody shield (taken from actual part removed):
CCW 3C0 825 237 H
ZSB 3C0 825 235 M
52421
Apparently it has three purposes: reduces noise (probably why all those cubic dimples on the inside), improves aerodynamic airflow underneath the vehicle, and protects the underside of the engine (especially electrics) from road grime and water. I find it's also good to ensure no oil drips end up on the driveway!

All done - all ten fasteners (three bolts at the back and seven screws) accounted for!
