Hey Sharkie, cheers. Any chance you could give me a cost breakdown of your TSI build...I really want the rear valance but I can't seem to find any out there...unless I buy from AliExpress costing over $350

I'll do a calc on the costs so far.

The GTI valance is only available from VW Spare parts or the wreckers if it is for a MK7.5. For MK7s there are a few on Ebay normally. About $200-$300 for those. I had a MK7 Ebay one that looked fine and cost about $220 shipped. Alas, MK7 valances do not fit MK7.5s :(
