hey guys i have spent ages trying to find these online and had no luck wondering if some1 could point me in the right direction (i.e weblink) to a store that sells black vw badges to replace the front grill and rear boot badging as i am on the gloss black theme for the rest of the car trims think this would just set it off

thanks in advance

I have also searched the internet many a day and night. They ain't made for the Polo 9N3.

Paint them or vinyl them is the only answer.

Please enlighten me as I don't really want to pay $120 for a new one from VW.

nah just kidding :D ...most dudes in europe usually remove them all-together and have no badges, can also order grills without badges. If you wanna go black, it's a custom job.

go the spray can, usually alot cheaper than buy brand new, or OEM ones! Satin black will give it a nice sheen, but not as shiney as gloss black, which would look bad imo...

really though, I wonder ones from some of the golfs fit? I mean really, how many different badge size's would VW have???

I see little point in making the badges black, and that rear black badge makes it stand out and look worse. The rear Polo badge is an awkward and badly positioned carry-over from previous gen Polos and Golfs, eg m4, it'd be better if wasn't there at all. for the front - best to get a badgeless rather than attempt to camouflage it by making it black IMO

gt3 just with the rest of my current colour coding and what i have to come i think it would suit my overall plan

instead of rear VW badge, replace it with a skull & bones badge, ...think that's what kai's gonna do when he goes stage 3 (he might get an APR logo tatoo too - full back job) j: ..I heard timbo has a shoulder tat of a 3" dp

jasn78

if i got a real size tat of a 3" dump pipe on my arm it would be a sleeve tat lmao

nah mate, I heard you're packing arms like schwarzenegger jas, don't lie ..just walk over to your car when there's a crowd, flex, then tear your VW badges clean off and throw em hard into the ground. then they'll know that you're too mean for silver badges and not to be messed with

EXCUSE ME!! What's going on here? How did a thread on black badges degenerate into idle speculation of what tatts I *may* have where? ;)

If you want to know (why you'd be interested is beyond me) I have a battleship tattooed on my stomach......

.....when I originally got it done, it was a rowing skull ;)

see jason, gpk gti just shut down the performance thread, was going to go him but then noticed he had a badgeless grill, and backed off. don't mess with badgeless grill dudes or you'll come off 2nd best j:

Well its for both front and rear badges and they are an OEM part.

Shipping cost is between $ 6.50 - $ 25.00 (up to 4 lbs in weight) - depends on weight and location. Thats for standard air, 14-20 business days.
