Brake Servo Error Message Random

Hi All,

Need help with my VW Jetta 2011. Randomly the Brake Servo error message comes up with Hand Brake Sign. Also intermittently the ABS sign comes up.

The error comes while driving or even when starting the car and is very intermittent. The error stays for about two minutes and then goes off. And after driving for few minutes it comes back on and error message goes off again.

I have taken it to VW service and an independent Service repairer and they are unable to troubleshoot the issue, since the error message has gone by the time they check.

Has anyone experienced this and is there an solution for it?

Mine turned out to be a loose wire, that eventually broke. While it is intermittent it will be harder to find. Mechanic found it by wriggling connectors and wires. It was about the third one he tried...
