RCD 510 head unit problems

Hi guys,

I've got the above unit in a 2011 golf R mk 6, the unit restarts itself intermittently in any mode e.g radio, sd media, Bluetooth.

Any idea how I can fix it?

TIA.I have written in another section for a RNS510 I think with similar issue. A possible solution or attempt is to disconnect the battery. While disconnected, hold the power button on unit for about 10 seconds to deplete power and reconnect again. Hope it does not throw any other errors but only hold the power button on the unit itself.
