Discovered this dial in the glove box of my 2017 Tiguan Adventure but I can't figure out what it does.
Looks like it is a light dimmer, for what, I don't know.
Any ideas?

It is to control how much aircon air blows into the glovebox to give you either a warm or cool glovebox.

Usually tucked away deep within the glovebox is a wallet.
Open this wallet and you will find the Owners Manual...:banana:

May I suggest you read it!!!

And that's exactly what I did, page 221, but no mention of this dial!!!
