G'day, everyone!

Just stopping by from the GTD Forum (http://www.vwdiesel.net/phpBB) to say congratulations on the new forum and best of luck to you all.

Diesel is the wave of the future, don't let those petrol guys flick you any poop about compression ignition. Petrol performance is played out and we get to be on the leading edge of diesel performance tuning while achieving awesome fuel economy. Best of all, we can be fueled by clean-burning, renewable Biodiesel. The VW platform enjoys plenty of aftermarket parts for suspension, apperance, and power. Take it to the top!

Looking forward to reading some interesting topic threads!

The EV is my daily "around town" driver, I leave the Pusher trailer at home as drive it as a pure electric.

I also have another 1981 Golf LS diesel, powered by biodiesel for distance traveling.

The trailer is only used these days to transport the EV to energy fairs, car shows and other events. It's not as economical as driving the biodiesel Rabbit, and much harder to find a parking place for. Besides, it draws crowds wherever it's parked, which can be an impediment to reaching my destination on time.
