Wow, where did you source that brochure from?

I just picked up the brochure from one of my local dealers. The sales guy had it but I think the spare parts department is where you need to go as the wheel packages get sold as a spare part. Parts dept should know about these specials and have the catalogs.

There is an accessories brochure on the vw website that can be downloaded for each model. No prices though!

No this is not an accessory brochure which would be handled by new car sales. It's a spare parts brochure but has all the pricing in it. This is what you're looking for:
