Not much to do than wait and accumulate parts ready for when the car arrives... subscribed as I'm keen to see what you do to it.

Keen to follow this one. Hope your mods happen quicker than our delivery. Hahaha.

Now.. Off to de-badge, de-sticker and tint...

Mmmmmmm. Same as mine but I have to wait till October(at least, but probably longer with all the unexplained delays from VW).

More pics please!!!! I almost forgot how good it looked.

Yeah, looking forward to this one!
It's funny, your Stage 2 Tig build thread provided most of the inspiration for the mods to my last Tig.
Even now, I'm still looking through it :)

I'm reluctant to touch the chassis as the DCC with everything tightened up seems ok, and I don't really want to mess with it while new.
Drivetrain on the other hand... there's another 100kw just waiting to be unlocked ;)

You could possibly lower it with lowering springs and not upset the DCC. However if you're happy with the ride I'd understand leaving it stock. Perhaps just a rear sway bar to reduce any body roll??

Keen to see how you go down the tuning route and what numbers you can get out of it. 0-100 in 4's would be on the cards for sure.

Got the Towbar fitted, genuine bar and module. $2000 including labour.

Although I noticed that the black square cover on the bar was pushing the bumper back...
30457

Removed it, and the bumper came back to normal, although I'm not sure that this is the case with other members R-line's with towbars fitted? (Thinking of Beowulfs pics etc)

Great. Waiting for my silver as well. I think it's the best combination with the black plastic trims.
