Sounds like there is something stuck in the fan, or the fan has failed.
Dismantle it and check it's the fan then replace

It looks like its an RCD 510 and not a NAV unit Leave it turned off if you are worried about it

I turn it off but that noise still present,
In that case turn your heater or aircon off and see if thats what it is rather than the radio. Did you turn the radio off with the left hand knob
Does the RCD 510 (shown in pics above)actually have a fan as all exterior shots except one Russian one dont show fan shaped holes in the case

If it's the A/C fan then it's a fair chance it will have leaves in it that have entered through the vents in the plenum chamber.
Do you park under trees that drop leaves?
If so you may need to access/remove the fan in the passengers footwell to retrieve them but in some cases you can get at them through the fan grill with pointy nose pliers.
Cheers dave
Turn the radio off and see if the noise is still there ,as like weonarok said it could be some thing completely seperate to the radio ?

I don't turn heater or aircon as winter season, as you ask I fully turn hand knob left and turn radio off. However when door open or start engine it start make noise.

any CDs in the unit? Might be self checking and the CD changer stuck...

So.. it occurs when you open the door, but no key in the ignition? That's the fuel pump priming itself (runs for about 3 - 4 seconds).
Given your parking arrangements (under cover etc etc), then it's a high chance the cd changer is caught up somehow. When was the last time you played, or loaded a cd into the RCD510
