So I've been doing some reading and it seems I'm not the only one..
When reversing and applying the brake for the first time after traveling forward I get a very loud and noticeable clunk from the front of the car, both sides. It would seem that the pads are moving around in the caliper.
I have ATE ceramic pads installed (almost 2 years ago) with DBA rotors (closer to 3 years). Is anyone aware of a solution to minimize the movement and noise? Would removing the pads from the calipers and giving them a good clean be a reasonable starting point?
