2.0 TSI Weird engine noise

Does anybody know where this noise is coming from? Driving me crazy. I bought engine and transmission mounts already and will install tomorrow.

I don't think it's mounts.

I am suspecting water pump

changed the engine and transmission mounts, noise is still there. factory mounts were in pretty good condition though. any ideas where the noise coming from?

Update on the issue. Tensioner pulley was the one making noise. It has been replaced with a new one. Noise is gone. Costed me $260.

I replaced the mounts for nothing. They were still in good condition
