Hi everyone
The other day I was closing the rear passenger window and my daughter activated the pinch protection feature. I tried resetting the window but the auto up feature isn't working now. It works fine when I use the key fob but if i use the window buttons the window won't auto up. Any ideas of what the issue could be?
Thanks for the help.

Try lowering the window all the way down and then raise it all the way up but once it reaches the top dont release the button for 5 seconds. This should reset it.

Thanks Pussback. I tried doing that but it didn't work. It has to be something simple surely otherwise the auto up when I use the key fob wouldn't work either.

You actually need to open and close the window multiple times. Open the window all the way and once you hear the 'click' and it stops count to 5 then release the switch. Now close, hold the switch for 5 seconds. Open again, close again each time holding the switch for 5 seconds. That will reset your auto window

Thanks Seanmau5. I tried that sequence twice and had no joy. Maybe coincidentally the switch just happened to go at the same time pinch feature was activated.

Do you hear the 'click' once the window has fully opened or closed? Follow the sequence 4 or 5 times

Yeah I hear the click. I'll give it a few times then. Thanks for that.
