Steering Wheel Mounted Shifting Buttons for DSG

As you may or may not know the Passat Diesels (103kw) any get the poor man's DSG with no steering wheel mounted gear shifters as per the GTI and 4 motion. Can they be fitted easily and is the wiring already there to plug into or steering wheel dependent and big $$$$

i have heard of people doing this on Tregs, so i guess its not big of a problem. VWvortex must have something, a search there might be a good idea
