Hello to all. I have just registered with this forum, however, my first contact with Volkswagen was back in 1972 when I bought an unroadworthy and unregistered 1958 Beetle. I rebuilt this car from the ground up with the aim of improving its appearance ride, handling and performance. All were achieved. My next VW was a 1978 first generation 1.5L Golf Diesel, naturally aspirated (no turbo - sob). It was a great little car which returned fantastic mileage. I now own a 2013 VW Amarok Highline which I enjoy driving very much. It drives and handles extremely well. I live in the Latrobe Valley in Gippsland, Victoria. The would be the best mix of dual cab/SUV I have ever owned. I also belong to another VW forum but do not participate on that one.
Anyway, I look forward to your interaction, assistance and hope that I in turn may make a positive contribution to others on this forum.
