spent an avo installing 3 defi gauges. they are boost, oil temp & pressure.

i havent hook sensors up yet. unfortunately, no sandwich plate for our pog, as the oil filter is too long which there aint any space for sandwich plate.

few questions hope someone can help me out:
1) where do u guy cut the vacuum host for boost? pic?
2) been told that an adaptor is needed for oil temp sensor at sump? anyone have part number? or thread for the screw?
3) adaptor is needed for oil pressure sensor too. part number anyone? and where is our pog's oil pressure located? pic? thread for the stock oil sensor?

thanx heaps, here are some pics of what i done so far:

exactly, the defi sensors are generic so you need to resolve the above before you can hook them up - you'll need a custom made adaptor to clear the filter too. don't expect instruction manuals to turn up on the forum, best to consult a professional to resolve these issues.

thats some exxy sexxy stuff there bro! nice one!! i'll ge a set down the track as they're not a proirity atm :D . . . anyways, if you bought them from a shop they should be able to install them for u or at least tell u how to if u want to do it yourself. failing that just search the internet! im sure there would be plenty of pages showing the installation of these gauges . . . sorry not much help :???:

i already consult few mechanic. but decided to DIY.

i know what parts i need. just need to find out where are stock oil pressure sensor located. and the thread for it.

same thing goes for oil temp, need to know the thread before i source an adaptor.

and boost, i just need to know where to splice the vacuum host to get an accurate reading.
