QLD - Photo Shoot

Hi Guys.

I'm looking to get the QLD boys together again for a photo shoot to assist with a new banner design for the VWWC Website. Perhaps we can get together for a morning shoot somewhere central and then go for breakfast straight after.

Cars I'm looking for:

Golf MkI
Golf MkII
Golf MkIII
Golf MkIV
Golf MkV
Bora
Passat
Eos
Polo (Old / Current)
Corrado
Scirocco
T5
Caddy
Touran
Touareg
New Beetle

It's not absolutely necessary to have all the cars, but as many as possible would be best.

I can get the assistance of a dealership to help out with some missing cars if we need to.

I'd also prefer to get the GTi variant of the golfs but not necessary.

Can I get a show of hands/cars who would be able to assist.

Can I also please get a few suggestions for a date/time for the meet. I'd prefer it sooner than later but I understand that many of you may go away for Christmas Holidays.

Please guys, it's for the site and more importantly it'll be fun.

How about we move onto the next stage?

There are 2 possible Saturdays in mid January - 12th or the 19th. I'm all for the 12th, as I'm keen to attend another meet (I'm use to fortnightly meets :?) - but whichever works between us we'll take.

Meeting place will depend on the destinations for photos, but somewhere central like Milton would be appropriate ,or we can meet near the first place and work in a 'line' to the last.

I'm good for the 12th, but I'll be in Perth on the 19th helping out there so I can't make it. It's not 100% necessary for me to be there so long as someone can take a nice photo that I can use for the banner and pages.

If you guys would like to make it the 19th, just let me know who can take the photo and I'll PM you and discuss the pictures we need.

Logo design is coming along nicely, just need the photos now.

MADGLF3: It would be great is you could be there because finding a MK3 Generation Golf is harder than finding Bin-Laden.

Final meeting point will be Toombul Shopping Town, cnr Sandgate Rd and East-West Arterial Rd, in the carpark on the far side of the creek (about 10mins from destination, plenty of room to park, easy to find, central location).

they are 18x8 oe visions. originally an option on the jetta, i picked them up and got them resprayed with a coat of chrome, and another two coats of black. nearly pooped my pants when i picked them up from the workshop...came up better than i expected.
