The mirror doesn't look very CC-like. Might be a regular Passat?

I don't think the CC is available with cloth seats? Also, the gear stick looks to be the round shape found in the older B6 models. The CC has the cylindrical gear stick found in newer B6 models

CC has frameless windows. This one doesn't. Maybe a Jetta or Passat?
