Hello to all VWers in da house :D

Well I have been talking to Ian from Rennenhaus in the last couple of weeks regarding some items, especially Neuspeed sway bars.

MK5
15.02.25.3 - Race Series Front Sway Bar, 25mm, adjustable, MK5 / A3 (FWD) $379

25.02.25.3 - Race Series Rear Sway Bar, 25mm, adjustable, MK5 / A3 (FWD) $379

That kind of sums up all the sway bars I believe. There are R32 / Quattro bars available as well, and people can just message me for pricing if they’d like.

I’ll also drop another 5% off for those who order both front and rear bars.

He needs atleast 12 to get them this cheap and I think that there will be a few people that would be interested :) He wants to make an order in 2 weeks time and will be here around new years as sending stuff by AIR FREIGHT is going to cost a arm and leg lol.

Anyone interested ?

if Neuspeed made them for the polo, it would be on the list!

in saying that, they do make R32 bars, and i just forgot to put them on the list....

is that USD? Could be seriously interested. But I've seen a brand new rear Mk2 golf rear one on ebay for US $199????

Also can they quote for stress bars?

that's AUD, and includes GST and shipping Australia wide.

In that case I'll definately put my hand up as an interested party for a mk2 front(25mm) and rear(28mm) ARB set. :)

Checked the balance and, can't afford strut/tie bars at the moment as well as these.

mmm... upper strut brace /drool

Last time rount they were available in Black or polished if I remember right.

Wouldn't mind one of those depending on what they work out to be shipped. (Is it wrong to buy Christmas presents for your car??)

Can you also confirm if any engine/AC (or any other bits under the bonnet) need to be removed/relocated to get the brace bolted up?

I wouldn't mind uprated sway bars all round really, but then I think I should lower it and get the suspension setup first (or at the same time)... that and the money tree is more of a money stick at the moment :(

I've ordered and payed for my strut brace, will consider the sway bars next time round if I can keep the money tree alive that long j:

I need a wheel alignment and balance, but will wait until after I get the new bar installed, might see if I can find some more cash to update the suspension a little too.

And now we play the waiting game... ah the waiting game sucks, lets play Hungry Hungry Hippos :D

Like you have paid, but for my front and rear ARB's, I need new tyres so can't go for the strut braces just yet, but I think I'll need them with how stiff the suspension will be. j: I'm excited.
Thanks Ian, great service, and great price.

Got my bar today!

Looks like it will need to have some corking removed to get it installed. The 'installation instructions' do reference you may need to do this, but it does say it effects mexican built or ... something (I only had a quick look and they are now in the garage).

I will get it installed at the same time as the coilovers in the coming week(s).
