You should be able to cross reference some of those part numbers here; MANN-FILTER Online Catalogue Europe - Vehicles Air Filter Oil Filter Fuel Filter Cabin Filter CARS + TRANSPORTERS VW (VOLKSWAGEN) Passat (362, 365) / Passat CC (357) 2.0 TDI (http://catalog.mann-filter.com/EU/eng/vehicle/MANN-FILTER%20Katalog%20Europa/Vehicles/CARS%20%2B%20TRANSPORTERS/VW%20(VOLKSWAGEN)/Passat%20(362,%20365)%20~%20Passat%20CC%20(357)/2.0%20TDI%20(%20(36,%20357))%20CFGB%20(T101289))

Also gives fitting instructions for the Pollen Filter.

Or look on YouTube as there are plenty of How To's on there.

Maybe they are dealer reference numbers because the cross reference numbers come up like SKU..... etc

You can also use the site to cross reference part numbers.
But yes, it is the MANN Filter site so has its own part numbers also.

Take V off the start of the part numbers.

For those playing at home, the part numbers above are:

Was that your 4yr / 60,000km service?
Did you get it done at a VW Dealership or an independent VW Specialist?
