Darkside kit should be fine. Shipping is not cheap from the UK though.
Warrenty - I couldn't say. Even if your warrenty isn't void your local dealer may not be prepared to help you.
Up to 20" rims will fit but you will need to watch the width and et measurements or else they will rub. IMO 19" x 8.5 et42-45 shouldn't cause issues with the side door catching on them.
I run 18" mainly for the comfort and tyre price considerations.

There is not much in the way of information for Caddys on this forum. Check out the caddy2k.com forum.

I'm running H&R springs and rear shackle kit from darkside along with 19 x 8 et45's and haven't got any issues with the side door and IMO the ride quality is way better than standard suspension set up.
As Horace01 said, head to caddy2k.com to find all you will ever need to know.
Also see if you can find someone else looking to do the same so you can save on shipping from the UK.

If your interested in Bilstein Coilovers from Darkside let me know, i have a set with only 5,000km on them. $700.
If you buy them new with the current exhange rate you'll be looking at $1200
