R36 ECU tune

Can anyone out there recommend an ECU re-tune/flash to gain more power/torque or is it just not worth all the cash due to being normally aspirated ?

Some guys rave about their tunes. We don't have one at Custom-Code, APR don't do one which kind of says a lot.
