Hey guys,

Tomorrow we'll be taking delivery of (well dad will be) our new Amarok TDI420 Ultimate.

Just wondering what tunes are available for this?

New to the whole diesel thing too, I own a bagged 77tsi as some of you know.

thanks!

It's auto :)
Needs to be as after a year it'll go into our fleet and some workers don't drive manual haha

...and I'm happy with mine as well. :)

I'm so happy with it, that I offer it to the first one with 2013-2015 Amarok (must be 6 speed manual) for 1/2 price,
yes for only $600.

Chrispmods tuned my car today and I am pretty happy with the result. Manual MY12 with a stage 1 tune. She lost a bit of get up and go when I fitted bigger wheels, extra weight and windage (bar and roof racks). Now she has found some go again...... And then some. Pulls well down low however the biggest improvement is after 3000rpm where the torque use to start tapering off. Now she just keeps pulling with no sign of slowing down all the way to 4500rpm.

The Crispmod tunes also don't increase the flash counter... ;)

It doesn't make the tune undetectable.

Exactly as Transporter said, be very careful in regards to that. I know Chris through a mate of mine and can't recommend his tunes highly enough, however if you need to take your car into a dealer it would be best to contact him first.

With the new-gen ECUs in the Roks, as soon as they go online with a tune, the car is pinged as having a modified ECU and you can forget your warranty on just about anything engine related. Seen it happen a few times to different people, despite me always asking the question if the car was tuned, to try to help them avoid some pain.

Any and all warranty discussions are as good add the relationship you have with your service department.... A tune is just one item really...

I've known Chris for nearly 10 years, and highly rate his work
