Mk3 rear caliper carriers and calipers

As title states I'm chasing rear caliper carriers and calipers to upgrade my mk1 cabby brakes

VR6 or 4 stud ones? or is there even a difference?

I'm after the 4x100 ones. I'm assuming they differ from the vr ones as the rotor size is bigger on the vr
