Presume that'd be the plastic protection plates. Wouldn't surprise me if the dealers found themselves with a bit of extra stock there. I like to think Touareg owners/buyers are less likely to sign up for worthless trimmings, than say X5 buyers :)

Just rang them, you are right, they are plastic:cry:
I wonder if they be prepared to import the metal ones from WV Germany.
