Golf Comfortline Bluetooth issues if anyone can help much appreciated

Hi

I hope someone can help me.
I have a Golf Mk 6 comfortline which has a kufatec fiscon Bluetooth fitted.
However two days ago it disappeared from my system, on my mobile it says it is connected but when i press the phone button on the system it mutes the system.
Has anyone had this happen and does anyone know where the Bluetooth module is located if it needs replacing.

If its a Kufatec aftermarket unit its most likely been stashed behind the climatronics panel.
Try unplugging it and reseating the harness.
