Hi, S3 wasnt that much more than a roc, $68k drive away (before trade) with sunroof, spack, 19" wheels, elct mirrors and black trim, pretty happy with the deal, but new S3 will prob be more, as less...
traded it, $25k which is a bit over 50% of what I paid for it
thanks, seems like a natural progression....
xscirrocco owner now, thanks to all in this forum, advice has appreciated, keep those wheels clean....;)
the goo actually works better than you would think, I go a HUGE hole in a back tyre (dont know how) when I was about 300km from home.
the hole was big enough for me to put my little finger in and...
We have stripes on our mini (orange ones), but not quite sure it they are my style on the roc (after all its viper green) but yours look ok on white.
yes go with the roc, you wont be disappointed and will have a ride the envy of others. Get the DSG its great, I had manuals all my life and now never going back.... good luck...

I have always had issues keeping wheels clean and shiny on the roc (factory standard wheels) due to the amount of breakdust from factory pads.
Reading in paper today Bendix say they have pads...
Hi all, thanks for your comments, I ended up with 4 x Pirelli P1 they seem ok on the road and heaps more quiet than the Potenzas and maybe even better on fuel consumption like they say they are.....
ok thanks for the heads up
ok thanks for your comments, I will do some research on the kumho and falken options.
I was surprised that they have lasted so well, starting to get a few traction issues now with 62.5k on them, but still ok, for normal driving ( ie not tramping it too hard) I was also surpised at...
Hi, have orginal Bridgestones still on and driven over 60k on them, looking to replace, but as I will be moving the car on within 12 months maybe save a $1200 by going with a cost effective option...
I have one, no probs with mine, I am on Central Coast as well and do simliar driving with around 40k on the clock
Roc looks good in any colour, but why would someone want to take a vibrant colour like VG and make matt black, might as well send out of the factory in undercoat....
Took the black holder off and mounted the plates directly into the holes the dealer so nicely put in the bumper, green letters on black place on VG roc, excelent look. Just got to get the holes from...

would be wrong to change $ on you after you...
I recently went through the same process and ended up with 2 on short list being Roc and RS250 and in the end wasnt even close once I drove the DSG, only go with the RS250 if you want to do a lot of...
I couldnt wait for several months, took a demo DSG with 500km on clock for $47k
