TD1 flags when raised are permanent. It cannot be reset by dealers.

When Dealer connects vehicle to database, if TD1 is positive it is stored permanently attached to your VIN number on VW Groups...

I think in Europe the multifunction steering wheel is an optional extra. Where as here its standard equipment. So he has installed the steering wheel post delivery.

The dealer had organised the tinting, so I have no paperwork to deal with on my end of things. I am not sure how much it actually costs, but the service guy look on his face seemed to indicate around...

So apparantly, the trim guys shoved so hard the plastic guides are now warped,they said its possible to bend them back but may as well get new ones. New door trim ordered, nice fat bill sent to tint...

So did you fix this yourself? or did you take it into the service? please share how you did it hah.
