The suspension, set to off road, was fantastic. Soft, compliant and very comfortable even over the huge corrugated tracks.
Yup, ours has it too. We have three single pixel wide strips. Will wait till first service.
Had a great break down in Ben Boyd National Park.
Loaded Tig with bikes, kayaks and swags for four. Food, water and firewood meant some nifty packing.

All good - turns out it’s a company car for Justine, our Chief Constable. 😎
Do you know anyone with VCDS or OBDEleven who could run a scan for you? Get some insight before heading to the dealer.
Agree.
Ours is the R line 18.5.
No spec badging.
Just the 4MOTION badge on the backside.
Awesome. Hadn’t made the connection to read this thread.
What’s the story going forward...are VW intending on refurbishing these cars, or crushing them?

I put it onto an SD card from my MacBook, and at first it said the file format was wrong (was FAT32) so I reformatted the SD to FATex, and after 45 mins the...
No. I’m giving an example of past times over different models...Polo GTI lost under seat drawers, Audi A3/S3 lost features.
Sometimes the first batch of cars come with more goodies.
Don't forget VW / Audi also take away items with MY changes. Sometimes they delete things like seat drawers, and options packs can get smaller.
If there is one out there you like now. Go. Make...
Thanks guys. Will order and add a thin plastic film between metal contact points
Got two kayaks which have been travelling via the Tiguan, but we need more flexibility so am going to get a set for the Golf.

Thanks guys. My partner has the Tig with these and it has a nice presence about it. I thought they would look awesome on my Golf. Might sneak out in the night and swap them over :)

Did you posted up a Golf running on the latest Tiguan wheels recently? Thought I saw something a month back, but now cannot find it 🤨
Confirmed. Does not matter where the wheels are pointing, or whether the road is straight or winding. It's based on lack of adjustment or resistance from the driver to the steering wheel, that the...

A mate with an S3 said he got an mild grilling at the Audi Centre when he recorded 16 in one year.
Driving a 7.5 TSI 7 speed. No issue. Smooth, if not smoother than the 6 speeder I had in the S3 and GTI.
I'd assumed the speed limiter was 'only' a chime to remind people to check their speed. And you could boot passed the limit set if you wanted or needed to.
Has anyone actually tried it?
Cap. Will actively brake going down a hill, to keep me within 1-2kmh of set speed. Golf and Tiguan act the same.
