Nah, the VW bluetooth unit generates the ring tone, it completely ignores the phone's ringtone. Very annoying if you use the iPhone feature of unique ringtones for different callers.

The POI button is grayed out on mine. I've never had a satnav before so didn't realise this feature was supposed to work.

I have an RNS510 version C which I've upgraded to 3930. I'm using the V3 Australian maps which still work.

No observed problems so far, knock on wood. I haven't personalised any POIs.

I stuck the bluetooth behind the climate controls. Didn't even consider putting it under the seat because I thought the foam looked ugly (I'm tall with long legs so my seat goes all the way back)....

Nothing to do with the radio stations. It's when she says "Main Menu". It sounds more like "Ma-a-ai-in Me-enu".

Everything works fine after that though.

There's no fault when using the Bluetooth. Only the voice menus are garbled.
