Mine would show a gradual build up to 90 and the highest it's been was 105/106 so far on a 40oC days. otherwise sitting at 90/95oC when checking through infotainment.

Done bit of looking. There are some established products in South korea though hard to get if you don't speak the language. They have been using dash cams so long that almost every car has one...
