Interesting you mention this, I usually torque my wheel bolts to 120 as well. But whenever VW rotates my tires after a service they are always done so much tighter, after that I never really bother...

Nice write up. Impressed with the final outcome, looks like a quality piece. I'd be keen to see how a front splitter would look.

Looks like a pretty decent upgrade interior wise. Interesting how they compare the size too a mk5 golf, there mustn't be a huge difference between the golf and the polo now
