I bought it this way, all I've done so far is chuck good tyres on and get a catback. The stage one is good though. I have taken it to the track and it was awesome.

The downpipe will give a nice throaty tone. It will be a touch louder than factory too and yeah no drone.

Is $150 about right? You'll need it reset which I hear is 500-600 but it's fully functional...
I have a 3" dump, to XForce catback. Pretty bland tone and drone between 2k-3.5k. Just here to say don't get Xforce if you don't want drone.
Stages are really a subjective thing. Some places want a bigger turbo for stage 3, some just want a HPFP, CAI, Dump pipe.
APR for example seem to have a heck of a lot of parts they want ($12000...
That pricing isn't bad. It's about what you'd expect.

I bought mine in feb for 10.5k with 170000ks, tune, 3" downpipe and CAI. There's definitely many bargains to be had.
I use Camden GTI for most things, curious what the issue is. PM me if you'd prefer.

If she doesn't mind a bit of a drive, Camden GTI are my go-to guys. Fantastic work and they only do watercooled VW, Audi, Skoda.
Windscreen leak? Never had the issue with a modern car but on older cars it's common for the footwell to pool with water.
