Just had my 2014 Octavia RS updated by the dealer - had some other service issues which were ironed out and they updated the map for free.

I was at the dealer for just under 2 hours. Good...

Over year after last post on this thread I am pleased to report a successful map upgrade carried out on my Octavia RS wagon (production date 08/14 delivery date 01/15)!!

Did the same thing with Renault Master vans at our work. Much better solution than a fibreglass cargo barrier. Much better visibility also. We purchased the van new & the dealer suggested a plastic...

It has taken them years to do an update and not one person on this forum to my knowledge has ever managed a successful map update.
