There are only 3 TPI’s listed on VGA’s data base that are available for you VIN.

1. Squeak noise on gear change (generally results in replacing the DSG clutch)
2. Shudder on take-off...

I've given the dealership the info SBmusic provided & the CS managers reply is below:

I went out with the workshop supervisor & low & behold it made the noise....
"It's the way your driving it!"
"How would you like me to drive it?"
"Change at the same revs as in drive...."
"Then...

1st service due in 3 weeks.
I'm going to mention the manual shift 'noise' again & see if I get the 'We've checked & VW
aren't aware of an issue / haven't received any reports of an issue'!

My problem will soon be fixed.... The wife's getting the Polo :banana:

I doubt she'll drive it in Sport never mind manual :confused:
