I get your point guys, still they could easily have been an option not standard in Australia, to import from usa or europe would cost roughly $600 on top of the cost vw will charge for the wheels...

Basically I wonder why VW australia didnt have them as an option at least , they are the standard equip in europe and usa,

$372 for transceiver and key shank from VW waitara , they kindly recoded the key to the car for no addition cost, the service guys seemed reasonable.

Pissed off that Australian VW decided to use 16inch porto wheels on TDI instead of 17inch porto wheels which look quite nice and aren't even a option
