Wipertech list the rear blade and their website seems to indicate as stock avaialable.
Wiper Blades for Volkswagen Caddy (2007 - 2015)
Pretty sure they'll find the leak at the first service after warranty expires!
Hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but the car is 12 years old, I can't see any way VW will cover this, so getting a VW dealer to tear it down will almost certainly be throwing good money after...
I can recommend Pacortech in Ingleburn. Excellent facility and Dave knows his stuff.
Thought you might have fallen in love with the Kia! :-)
Good to get your own car back isn't it?
My initial thoughts were this is bull**** but in recent times I've had shipping containers of spare parts destined for Sydney offloaded in Brisbane due to vessels being behind schedule and skipping...
Yep, seems strange, one would think a generic TCU programmed at time of fitment to the specific vehicle would be more logical.
Which would explain why it is not in stock.
Here's an actual scenario I'm facing right now. One area of business I'm currently involved in is supply of diesel engines for industrial applications sourced direct from one of the largest Japanese...
As someone who has worked in the vehicle parts industry for 50 years, let me assure you, the supply chain is completely, utterly broken, has been for a couple of years and recent events in China have...

I use TomTom, Garmin and Google maps, all have config options i.e. avoid toll roads, avoid freeways etc. etc. these options are most likely in the set up of your nav.
You're 100% correct, everybody's experience is different, some will always prefer a DSG over conventional auto and others vice versa, guess there is no right or wrong there, merely a matter of...
And this I believe is the crux of the problem, I suspect the correct suburb is likley Eastern Creek. Google maps will suggest the correct suburb name when the street name is entered.
I could be wrong, but I've never known the area to be identified as Wallgrove. For example, the northern part of Wallgrove Road is in Eastern Creek, moving south to Horsley Park then to Cecil Hills....
First post and commenting on a thread with no posts for 22 months..............credibility zero.
Too good to pass that deal up! I only replaced my wipers a few months ago so this pair will be stored away for .....dare I say it..... a rainy day! :-)
Thanks Lucas
It's not a dumb idea if you're in the business of selling new roof linings to owners of cars that have leaking drain tubes! :-)
There are two types of twincharger engines, those that have failed and those that are going to fail.
