Clocks are settable when you set the time as to 12 or 24 hour. Dipping mirror probably only comes on Premium models and my Kamiq LE doesnt have one...

There is a difference between a hub centric spacer and a wheel spacer though. One fills in around the stub to enlarge it to fit the wheel centrally....
