    Golf MK5 2.0 FSI

    Hi,

Bought my car as a repairable write off from hail damage.
Got it registered and since then slowly started upgrading it.

So far I have replaced suspension and brakes to stock GTI parts
    Installed RCD510
Upgraded CECM and added HID lights
    Installed full climatronic system
Replaced roof lining with black one from a GTI
Busy installing MK6 GTI red stiching steering and airbag (waiting for controller and stalk from overseas)
Busy sourcing GTI ECU to install the GTI head, manifolds, turbo and exhaust thats in my garage

Trying to find out whats needed and how to replace CECM with BCD to install white cluster since mine is still midline red cluster and while I want to replace it I might as well go all out for white cluster.

Any help and information will be great thanks

Doing a full climatronic system is quite impressive, it's a pretty complicated upgrade! Do you think you'll tackle the dynamic chassis control as well?

While I had my roof lining out I tapped most of it out from the inside.......its not perfect but looks much better.

I still need to put in a session on the bonnet but I suppose since its an older car the internals, engine and suspension its the more important bits. If it drives great the looks are not that important?

I had a Jetta written off by hail in Melbourne in 2010.
I was very upset to lose my baby....
