Thread: new tyres make for new car

    Got a new set of B'stone RE050A Potenza's today for a great price from Bob Jane Newcastle. Was extremely happy with the last set that i got 68 000k's out of, so stuck with the formula!

    $300 per corner fitted & balanced + $60 for an alignment. 245/40/R19. The guy said RRP was $450!

    That's decent mileage out of a performance tyre. I'm halfway through my 3rd set and I've done 90,000km! Though one set was Bridgestone S001 which only lasted 30,000km but were an awesome tyre. Just couldn't justify buying another set.
