Walbro 255lph in tank. Snug and secure. Got it mounted low enough it should have no issues with low fuel pickup.
Just need to get a pump filter as i gave mine to a mate.

Good stuff though, u sort the cams out ?
I also highly suggest u get it tuned by either CRD or Etuners. Not some hill billy who hasn't even heard of a vr6 before u came along !!
Pretty much wasting ur time an money going anywhere else.

    Wow I'm lazy.

So in 10 months I've done sweet F all.

After 3 or 4 attempted brake combo's up front I finally got it sorted. Switch to vented 256mm fronts with ebc yellow pads and switched rear to disc with mk4 alloy calipers and ebc ultimax pads. Braided lines all around.

Koni adjustables/eibach springs in front and bilstein/neuspeed springs in back for now with poly bushings.

Poly front/R32 rear control arm bushings and new ball joints

    Powerflex 'black' steering rack bushing

Due to cock around with 24v loom, I'm putting a 12v back in it for the interim.

    Dodgy sri manifold

VWMS/Gemini LSD with titanium drive flanges, put in a .71 5th gear so i can do some long highway if need be too.

    Competition clutch flywheel 9.75lb

Competition clutch kit (way overkill but cheap)

TT276 camshafts, autotech hd springs new headgasket, stem seals and new timing chain kit (later style)

Schimmel bosch 040 pump adapter to sit intank. I couldn't get the walbro to sit low enough for my liking, plus this will have the headroom for anything in the future.
The 040 will be feeding ethanol to these bad boys. ID1000's

The last few days I've been spliting the existing headlight/rad loom from the 1.8 motor loom. (Late body, early motor loom) will be using my old Megasquirt 3x ecu so have to join a few wires to make looms compatible. (Headlight power)

This was a bit of fun with the looms intertwined and electrical taped together. I'm using 2x12" slim fan's, with a custom made shroud on an Alloy rad from a local shop. So ditching the fcm and bulky wiring associated with the rad fans.

needs more mk3 love, less mk2 hooning.
interesting the issue with the headlight power... wonder if thats what went wrong with mine.
we just bypassed the fuse box to get mine happening, much better light output too

    keen to see this happening.

How are you tackling the rear engine mount (non gearbox side)?
I'd imagine you're using the 12v engine bracket?

Yep. I have all 12v stuff bolted to the 24v block. Have to use the 12v oil cooler to clear the front engine mount, or external oil cooler.

Using all 12v coolant stuff on the 24v, crackpipe, thermo housing and hoses.

Good to know that cooling gear is compatible.
How are you approaching the headers / exhaust manifold?
Looks like yours is a MKV motor so you'd have the angled OEM manifolds to help dodge the 12v rear mount bracket.
