Do the drive there and back every work day.

Had a good run home tonight. Turbo Mirage had me down the straights but I kept catching him through the corners on Macs Reef Rd. Great piece of road at 140 kph (or so I'm told, as a law abiding citizen I'd never drive that fast, honest officer).

When you get your car we have to get together.

That is a really nice looking car but it's crying out for small bumpers or the full gti kit of arches and side skirts

The pictures don't do it justice, in real life it suits really well. I'll take some decent pictures tomorrow and post them.

Today coming back from work I hit lots of traffic going down to the coast for the weekend. Normally the road is pretty quiet, maybe half a dozen cars on the last 50 k's between Bungendore and Braidwood (home). Tonight there were lots of groups of cars held up by someone driving slow then 5 min later another group of cars.

The Golf just loved being pushed hard and overtaking the slower cars, sometimes 4 cars at a time. It may only have 90 hp but it comes on song at just the right speed to pass.
