To satisfy that you need a fuel additive.

From my knowledge, sulphur is engine damaging, not beneficial. Less sulphur in fuel, less soot in dpf. Maybe this helps:

Long-term benefits projected from Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel fuel technology and diesel engine advances - Clean Diesel Fuel Alliance

As long as you don't run the fuel tank dry or accidently fill petrol in and run it, HPFP is safe.

Older diesel engines would benefit from additives to protect the fuel pump.

You can run the Peugeot dry as It covers how to prime using the priming button.
I would not try it though as I'd be worried about the HPFP running dry.

Mixing ratio is 10ml for 80 litres. I use it in my Tiguan & Golf. It last for ages, still on my first bottle.
One word of warning from the supplier is not to overdose.

For my T4 TDI & Mk1 Golf diesel I use 2 stroke oil in a ratio of 1/200.

My Ford has a PSA engine and only has a DPF with no AdBlue, Euro 5 compliant. I've only filled up BP diesel.
Installed a DPF level gauge in mine so that I know when I need to liberal with the throttle to get the temp up and make a regen happen (have a temp gauge for that as well so that I know it's doing it).

jets, have you ever had injector clicking? Did it reduce the noise of the clicking?

I have been using CRD Fuel Enhancer for years now so can't really say now what improvement in noise level there was. I have just come home with the Tiguan & popped the bonnet & sounds normal to me. As was mentioned on the My Turbo Diesel Forum, the CR runs more calmer than the PD engine in our Golf.
I use 2 stroke oil as an additive in the T4,MK1 Golf & Massey Ferguson tractor & they all run quieter.
