    Click on Community & find him in their & send a PM or use advanced search for his username, find a post by him & click on his name & send a PM.

    Seriously, nobody is too busy that they can't at least book their car in - maybe you won't make the appointment but step1 is picking up the phone.

    You'll be crying when it goes "POP". My wife's boss just had his V6 CC written off because it ingested water. I think the quote for the engine was $14k.

    There are several respected VW specialist around the Hills District.
    BWA at Seven Hills (and another mob in the same industrial estate)
    Euromotive at Girraween
    Volksmuller at Annangrove
    Beyond Limit at Rydalmere

    Probably a few others if you use the search / browse function in the recommended repairers section
