    Foggy headlights

My MY2013 Passat headlights has started to 'fog up'. It seem that unlike my old Golf 5 that was all foggy on the surface, it seems to happen inside the glass. Does anyone know if there's a way to fix these? The golf headlights could be fixed by (a lot of) polishing.Foggy headlights-img_20170604_180411-jpg

Wondering if you ever found a fix as I have the same issue and mine appears like it is on the inside of the lens as well.

    Cheers

Same here in my B7. I also see the fog inside after hand washing the car.

No solution yet. It's definitely not moisture though.

Mine is not moisture either. Almost looks etched or like tight swirls from an orbital sander.

I guess it's plastic aging, from the sun and the heat from the light bulb.
It's IN the plastic, wont come off by sanding/polishing.

Ok, I think that should be covered by statutory warranty then? a five year old car with foggy headlights?

I agree, but following some experiences I have had with VW recently over some other issues I am doubtful they would do anything to assist with this.
